Varshani and her brother, Nicholas, were having a party to celebrate their birthdays that were 2 days apart. These two never stop smiling but I had to coax and coax to get smiles from them for this photo.

We were all sitting under a tarp in front of their small home. They had a small program which consisted of the parents each telling their children how much they loved them and how thankful they were for them.
Actually, they tried to get Elder Bullock to give the talk but I convinced the parents that the children would much rather hear from their parents.
The talks and some hymns were followed by a toast of punch.from each of the children.We were all given a styrofoam carry-home dish filled with fried rice and a piece of curried chicken. This is the typical refreshment given at every party.
