Meet Elder Webb, the goofy one, and Elder Hyde. Notice their muddy boots. Can you imagine how much they love wading through the mud and water when it rains? Yep, I'm sure they do!
Elders Young, Bullock, Goofy, Hyde and Williams biting their knuckles while we do a white glove check of their apartment. Can you tell how afraid they are of us?
Elders Webb and Williams who pulled me from an alligator trench one very dark night in Cowdam. I owe my life to them!!!
Elder Bullock loves it when the elders stop by to eat a lot of his ice cream...Elders Webb, Hyde and Young. Elder Williams must be hiding.
Delivering elders to their new areas is one of our jobs...Elders Lloyd, Williams, Williams, and Nielsen are with Elder Bullock. We had driven to the very eastern end of Guyana, Crabwood Creek, which is only about 5 miles and across a huge river from Suriname to make an exchange.
Check out Elder Bullock's new tie...a gift from Elder Williams! How can we just not adore all these elders?
Meet President Lebaron and Elder McNeal. This is where Pres./Elder Lebaron conducted the first meeting of the Bushlot group just last Sunday where there was a surprising attendance of 50.
These benches were crammed with families and about 15 chairs were also filled behind them! Elder Bullock and I were afraid to take seats because families just kept filing in throughout the meeting.
One of the doors to the left was the little room where Elder Bullock and I held primary for 10 precious little kids.
Looks like Elder Webb took a normal photo...at last! Does Elder Hyde have him in a death grip...perhaps to settle him down? Elder Webb's English blood makes him go just a bit crazy at times!Saying goodbye to Elder Hyde wasn't easy. We love them all and hate it when we have to send any of them off to another area.
Honestly, working with the young missionaries is our favorite part of the mission. They make the mission experience for us. They are a group of mighty young men who continually keep us in awe of all they are doing and becoming. We love them like they were our grandsons!
