Feb. 20, 2008 - Ok, here goes. We're in the MTC and we're exhausted but we've had a great time. It's to bed late and up at 6 am. Food is great. Had lots of ice cream today. We leave for Guyana, South America, in 5 days. We learned today that we'll be sleeping in mosquito nets, spraying every inch of our exposed skin daily with Deet and spraying all our clothes, bedding, curtains, and you name it so we won't be bitten by one of those mosquitos carrying malaria. There is a huge routine we have go through to soak our fruits & vegies in clorox water for 30 minutes before we can even peel them. Doesn't this all just sound like it is going to be a great adventure? I bet you'll all be dying to come visit us. Here's a photo in front of that big famous map at the MTC. Enjoy!!!
